Exchanges and Returns for Online Sales.

We gladly exchange full priced items, however all sale and clearance items are a final sale.


Thank you for reading our policy.  Please note:  All returns and exchanges are only possible through our office.  Please do not return items to store.

EXCHANGES


We gladly exchange full priced items, however all sale and clearance items are a final sale and may not be exchanged or refunded.

All returned items must be returned back to us within 14 days accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice noting your RA number and a list of the items you would like instead. You can obtain your RA number by contacting us on 0800-132-500 (or 03-525-7547) or info@mariposaclothing.co.nz

The items will need to be returned to us in "As New" condition including tags and all packaging. Footwear must be received back in the original manufacturers box including all packaging materials. We cannot accept exchange requests where the goods have been worn or damaged after purchase.


Please return the items to the address below. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We will pay to ship the replacement items back to you on your first exchange. (North and South Island only, this does not include Chatham Island, Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or International orders.) Any further exchanges will incur an additional $8.50 shipping fee.

All sale and clearance items are a final sale. We do not offer change of heart exchange on sale and clearance items. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm any sizing questions you may have.

RETURNS

Refund requests are only accepted on orders paid for by credit card. If you would like the ability to change your mind and receive a refund please pay for your order using a Visa or Master Card credit card or debit card. Orders paid for by Internet Banking maybe be exchanged only and cannot be returned for a refund.
